网络时代公民政治参与若干问题研究摘 要：随着科技的发展，现代社会正步入网络时代。网络时代的到来表明现代社会公民政治参与有了新的渠道与途径。传统政治参与存在着有效政治参与的不足、政治系统与民众的政治沟通不畅等问题将在网络时代得到有效改善。综上可见我们应积极地利用互联网进行有效的政治参与，因而对于网络时代公民政治参与的有关问题研究也具有了重要的意义。本文结合网络时代具体的形势背景，对中国公民的政治参与做了一定探讨，指出网络时代中国公民的政治参与中存在一些亟待解决的问题，并针对这些问题提出了一些对策性的建议。本文的研究思路侧重于网络时代公民参政的需求增加，即大量团体参政的存在对政治发展的影响。

Analysis of citizen's Political Participation in the Network times
Abstract: With the development of technology, Modern society is going to the Network times. The advent of the network times that political citizen's participation in modern society has a new channels and ways. The existence of traditional political participation, lack of effective political participation, political system and poor communication between the people and political issues such as the Internet age will be effectively improved. To sum up shows that we should use the Internet obviously to carry on the effective political participation positively, thus also had the vital significance regarding the network time citizen politics participation related question research. In this paper, the specific situation in the Internet Age background, the political participation of Chinese citizens to do some exploring, pointing out that the Internet Age of political participation of Chinese citizens there are some problems to be solved, and to address these issues raised a number of measures in the recommendations.
