新世纪物业管理有限公司领导层角色定位研究

摘　要
领导的科学与艺术越来越成为一个被广泛讨论的话题，对它的研究也越来越多。领导的作用充分地被重视起来，这与市场经济的发展是相适应的。在现代组织中，领导活动的有效性常取决于领导者能否成功地扮演在组织中承担的各种角色，因为领导者在领导活动中处于主体地位，他们行为的后果直接导致领导结果的产生。为此，每一个组织中的领导都应该明确自己在组织中扮演的角色，清楚做好每一个角色需要学习的技巧，这将有助于提高领导者的领导能力，促进领导效能的提高。
本文对郑州新世纪物业管理有限公司的领导层在战略制定者、沟通者、教练、追随者、组织文化的创建-维护-变革者、危机管理者等领导者角色定位上的可取之处以及在沟通者、资源配置者角色定位上存在的不足，进行了理论与实际相结合的分析；然后从不足之处找到了根本原因——领导者素质上的欠缺，并结合实际中知识素养、心理素养以及身体素质的要求给新世纪物业公司的领导层提出了相应的建议；最终又结合本人在现阶段对领导科学与艺术的认识与理解提出了对问题点的整改建议。

  Abstract
The leader's science and art become a topic discussed extensively more and more, the study on it is getting more and more too. The leader's function is fully paid attention to, the development of this and market economy is suitable for. In modern organize, validity to lead activity depend on leader could succeed in various roles that act of not organizing bearing often, because leaders are in subject status in leading the activity, their behavioral consequence results in leading the formulation of the result directly. For this reason, leader of every organization should define role that oneself acted of not organizing, clear that does every role's skill of study well, this will facilitate improving the leader's leading ability, promote and lead the improvement of efficiency.        
This text is in the person who makes strategy to the leaders of Management Co., Ltd. of the property in new century in Zhengzhou, persons who communicate, coach, follower, establishment organizing culture - safeguard the persons who - improve, crisis administrator wait for leader role make a reservation desirable place at and in person who communicate, resource distribution person deficiency that exist at role make a reservation, have carried on the analysis that the theory combines with reality; Then found the basic reason from the weak point --Shortcoming on leader's quality Combine, hit knowledge accomplishment, psycho-accomplishment and body constitution demand, give level of the leaders of the logistics corporation to get the corresponding suggestion out of in the new century actually; Combine I in right to lead science and understanding of art and put forward to rectification and improvement suggestion that question order by understanding the present stage again finally.
