摘 要
随着市场经济体制的逐步建立与完善,特别是我国加入世界贸易组织后,与世界经济融合的速度越来越快,国际竞争国内化或者说国内竞争国际化已成为不可阻挡的趋势,我国企业面临的市场竞争压力越来越大,建立科学,规范的经营管理体系,增强企业竞争能力,已成为我国企业普遍面临的重要任务。人力资源是企业获取竞争优势的最重要资源,无论是国有企业,还是民营企业,都普遍感受到了对人力资源管理越来越强烈的需求。我国企业传统的人事管理对人力资源的管理实行的是“战术性”的管理方法,其工作模式就是围绕着具体的事物性工作转,如何将人力资源管理的观点转移到企业战略的结合上,变人力资源的“战术性”管理为“战略性”管理,已成为知识经济时代下我国企业提高企业经营绩效,谋求长期发展的一个重要课题。河南澳达公司面对激烈市场竞争,实施传统人力资源管理已经很满足需求,人力资源成为制约发展的瓶颈因素,本文欲通过研究河南澳达公司目前人力资源管理现状,运用所学相关知识分析产生的问题,寻求解决方案,为今后再造人力资源管理提供参考。

Abstract
 
Along with the establishment and development of market economy system, especially after our country join the World Trade Organization, the international and national competition had been merged gradually. Domestic enterprises are facing more and more incisive competition. To establish scientific and normative management system has become an important task to enterprises. Human resource is the most important resource in gaining competitiveness, and all kinds of enterprises have realized its instancy. The traditional personnel management in domestic enterprises can be regarded as “tactics” management, and its working mode is paying more attention on concrete affairs. How to change “tactics” management to “strategy” management, and how to combine the focus of human resource management with the strategy of enterprise, has been a very important question for discussion in knowledge economy. Henan Auto Company is facing incisive market competition, and traditional human resource management has been inadequate to satisfy the requirement. Human resource management turned into a bottleneck to restrict further development. Based on relative knowledge learned from my college life, this paper want to research the current situation of human resource management in Henan Auto Company, find out resolution and give reference to future management practice.
