摘 要

每个企业都存在人员流失的现象,而郑州世兴食品有限公司是一个加工型的企业,工人的工作熟练程度对公司有着重要的影响。可是郑州世兴食品有限公司员工的流失率却很高,人员离开公司也有很多原因.本文把员工流失分为一线员工和管理层两个部分,找出这些员工流失的主要原因,并针对这些不同的原因提出合理的建议,尽量为公司留住优秀的员工。

Abstract

Companies’ survival and prospering depends on employees, every company has the problem of losing talents. Companies need to get rid of uncapable and attract capable employees to develop. Zhengzhou Shixing company is a manufacturer mainly produces snack peanuts with the mark of “Baishixing”, it is a tipical processing company. Skills of workers is of great importance to the company. However, workers turnover is very high in this company, and there many reasons for that. This projects investigate the reason of high turnover of workers, interviews that have already left and those are planning to leave, and interviews the management of the company. This paper categorizes the company’s employees into two groups: front line workers and managers, by using theories of management, psycology, and human resource management etc, to find the reasons and suggest strategies, and try to keep skillful workers for the company.
