光明乳业经营者股权激励影响因素研究 随着资本市场的快速发展和上市公司治理结构的进一步完善，股权激励也越来越受到各界的关注，学者和企业界对股权激励进行了深入地研究、探索和实践。目前股权激励存在许多问题。结合光明乳业股权激励案例，运用定性定量、比较分析等方法对各要速进行评价和分析，探讨目前存在的问题，发现偏低的股权定价引发信任危机、过高激励成本影响未来业绩等问题并提出宏观和微观的建议。这样有助于解决股东与经营者之间的代理问题，有助于实现所有者与经营者的利益均衡，有助于引导经营者尽职尽责的进行公司经营管理，增加企业的价值。 关键词：上市公司；经营者；股权激励 Bright Milk Operator Equity Incentives Influence Abstract Along with the rapid development of capital markets and listed companies to further improve the governance structure ,equity incentives also has been more and more attention from all walks of life, scholars and corporate equity incentive for further study exploration and practice. At present the stock ownership incentive there are many problems .Combined with bright milk equity incentives case, using qualitative and quantitative, comparative analysis and other methods to each to speed appraisal and analysis, discusses the problems existing at present, found the equity of the low price, high trust crisis triggered incentive costs influence future performance and puts forward the problems such as the macroscopic and microscopic suggestions. This helps to solve between shareholders and managers of agency problems, help to realize the owner and operator of benefit equilibrium, help guide operator dedicated to company management and increase enterprise value.
