“美国孔子学院事件”分析--文化视角
我国于1987年成立“国家对外汉语教学领导小组”，来推广汉语，弘扬中华文化。并设立了面向海外大众教授汉语的项目——“孔子学院”。孔子学院作为中国公共外交战略的一部分，自2004年以来，在全球范围内迅猛发展。但是，孔子学院的发展并非一帆风顺，尤其是在跨文化的发展过程中。近年在欧美国家发生多起有阻于孔子学院发展的事件。尤以2012年的美国孔子学院事件最为典型。尽管此前美国人关于孔子学院“文化渗透”的质疑不断，但这次，美国国务院发布行政指令，要求持J-1签证的孔子学院老师在6月30日前离境，尚属首次。该事件在中美两国都掀起轩然大波。本文旨在从文化视角分析美国孔子学院事件。本文聚焦中美文化在各个层面的差异，以及由此差异引发的文化冲突，从文化区的冲突和文化特质的冲突两个方面来分析文化在美国孔子学院中扮演的角色。并且，在分析的基础上，能提出几点浅薄的对策，以期对孔子学院的长期发展有所裨益。

Abstract: Establishing Confucius Institute abroad is one part of Chinese diplomacy strategy. It has been developing rapidly since 2004.But some events happened which blocked the development of European and American Confucius Institute, especially American Confucius Institute issue. American has been querying the Confucius Institute about the invasion of Chinese culture. But it is the first time that U.S. State Department issue executive orders to ask the Chinese teachers who with the J-1 visa for leaving U.S.A. before June 30th 2012. This paper aims to analysis the event of American Confucius Institute from cultural prospective and focus on the difference of Chinese culture and America culture.
