跨文化视野下的日本和英国茶文化比较研究茶，是中华民族的传统之饮，茶文化融合了中国儒、释、道诸派的思想，独为一体，是中国文化中的一枝奇葩。茶文化，作为最早从中国传播的文化之一，在东西方各国均产生了巨大影响。对于日本和英国而言，茶文化的传播始于对中国文化的憧憬，而拥有同一源头的日英茶文化，竟呈现出了迥异的风格与精神内涵。而茶文化的内涵集中体现了茶与文化结合产生的种种文化现象。
中国茶文化在日本和英国的不同改良与发展，可算是文化传播接受者对文化产生影响的一大标志，也可看作是研究文化传播的一个典型案例。
本文在跨文化的视野下，对日英茶文化从物质与精神两个方面来进行对比，并在此基础上，从跨文化传播的角度来分析日英茶文化差异原因，探讨文化传播接受者的原生文化对文化传播的影响，以研究当今中国文化传播的方式与问题.
文章的第一部分简介中国、英国、日本三国的茶文化；第二部分从物质层面和精神层面分析比较日英茶文化的差异；第三部分在第二部分的基础上，从跨文化传播角度分析日英茶文化差异原因；最后对文化传播接受者的原生文化对文化传播的影响进行总结，阐述其对当今我国文化的传播借鉴意义。

Abstract: Tea is the traditional drink of the China. Chinese tea culture is the amalgamation of Confucianism, Buddhism and Tao, and having suggested uniquely in the field of culture. It is a wonderful part of the Chinese culture. Tea culture is one of the cultures that was spread from China first and had a tremendous impact on many countries. For Japan and the United Kingdom, the spread of tea culture began from the vision of Chinese culture. The British and Japanese tea culture has the same source, but they actually show a different style in material and spiritual content. And the content of tea culture epitomizes the various cultural phenomenons that produced during the combining of tea and culture.
The improvement and development of Chinese tea culture in Japan and the United Kingdom can be regarded as a symbol how the recipients of cultural transmission impact the culture. And it can also be seen as a typical case study of cultural transmission.
In this paper, from cross-cultural perspective, the comparison of Japanese and English tea culture is from the material and spiritual aspects. And being based on this, this paper analyzes the reasons of why Japanese and English tea cultures are different from each other, to explore the influence of the cultural transmission recipients’ culture.
The first part of the article introduces the tea cultures of China, the United Kingdom and Japan. The second part compares the Japanese and British tea culture and analyzes the differences from the material and spiritual aspects. The third part is the core part of this paper, which mainly analyzes the reasons of the differences between Japanese and British tea culture from a cross-cultural perspective. The forth part of this paper, based on the contrast and analysis made in the second and third part，makes a summary of the impact of cultural transmission recipients’ native culture, and the referential significance to the spread of our culture today.
