英语歌曲在初中英语教学中的应用

英语歌曲在初中英语教学中的应用将英语歌曲融入英语课堂教学是极富时代特征的教学方法。国内外很多专家学者进行了相关的研究和试验,提出将英语歌曲应用于英语教学的理论基础,证明利用英文歌曲辅助教学能够起到积极的效果。在前人的基础上,指出英语歌曲应用于初中英语教学具有良好的辅助作用,可以提高学生英语的积极性,改善语音语调,丰富并巩固语法知识,扩大词汇量,增强对语言知识的记忆力,拓宽文化背景知识面。指出在初中英语教学中应用英语歌曲,教师需要课前选歌并搜集相关资料,将歌曲融入英语教学课堂设计中,而在课上需要进行二者结合的相关练习。最后的教学案例具体演示了英语歌曲教学的基本步骤。希望指导英语歌曲在初中英语教学中合理有效地应用,达到提高学生英语水平的目的。将英语歌曲应用于初中英语教学尽管确实有非常积极的作用,但它只是一种辅助教学的手段。采用某一种单一的教学方法来提高英语水平是不太现实的,教师应该将各种教学方法相结合,才能持续有效的促进初中英语教学。

Application of English Songs in English Teaching in Junior Middle School
 
Abstract: Application of English songs in English teaching is a modern method. Scholars home and broad have made relevant researches and tests. They put forward the theoretical basis of application of English songs in English teaching and prove that the use of English songs in English teaching can make positive effect. Some auxiliary functions of English songs in English teaching in junior middle school are discussed in the previous basis. It can stimulate students’ interest in learning English, train the pronunciation, enrich and consolidate the grammar knowledge, improve the memory and expand the language knowledge. It is stated that, before class of English teaching using English songs, teachers should do some preparations, such as choosing appropriate songs, collecting relevant materials and designing teaching plan combining songs with language teaching. During class, teachers should arrange some relevant practices. In the last part, a teaching plan demonstrates the procedures of applying English songs in English teaching in junior middle school. The aim is to instruct the effective application of English songs in English teaching in junior middle school so as to improve students’ English ability. Even though the application of English songs in English teaching has some positive functions, it is only one of the auxiliary methods. It is impractical to improve English ability though a certain method. Teachers should combine various teaching methods, so as to improve English teaching in junior middle school continuously and effectively.
