企业招聘存在的问题及其对策——基于人才供应结构性矛盾下的分析

本文在研究招聘理论及就业结构矛盾的基础上,从企业的角度入手,研究在人才供求结构化矛盾的大背景下,识别招聘中存在的问题,并予以解决措施的建议,提高招聘的成功率,提高社会人力资源的配置;企业与社会人力资源服务机构、高等教育机构、政府及市场上企业竞争力的关系,给出企业提高招聘成功率的建议,并从微观角度讨论企业如何为缓和供求矛盾做出努力。
综合了对当下企业招聘流程及就业结构矛盾的研究,笔者从企业的内外部进行详细分析,并建议企业合理应对人才供求结构化矛盾,与高校进行合作联动、合理进行产业升级、根据市场调整薪酬战略,加大招聘宣传力度及充分利用人力资源机构等。

ABSTRACT


In this paper, on the basis of contradictory theory of study recruitment and employment structure, starting from the business point of view, research in the talent supply and demand contradiction of the structured context, combing enterprises to recruit all aspects of the problems in the identification recruitment, solutions and recommendations,to improve the success rate of recruitment, improve the social allocation of human resources; human resources services for business and society, higher education institutions, governments and enterprises in the market competitiveness of the relationship given enterprises to improve the success rate of recruitment recommendations from the microscopic point of view, discuss how to make efforts to ease the contradiction between supply and demand.
Comprehensive study of the current corporate recruitment process and employment structural contradictions, the author carried out a detailed analysis of the internal and external, and recommended a reasonable response to the contradiction between talent supply and demand structure of cooperation with the university linkage, reasonable industrial upgrading, according to market pay adjustment strategy to increase recruitment propaganda and make full use of human resources agencies.
