我国非政府组织运作的困境及对策研究

非政府组织是政府与民众沟通的桥梁，很大程度上起到了维护社会稳定，消除社会矛盾的作用,如何使我国非政府组织高效、科学的运作一直是大家关心的话题。目前，随着我国社会结构转型升级，我国非政府组织的运作面临诸多的困境，如我国相关法律体系不完善，我国非政府组织行为规范不健全，传统思想观念束缚，运作资金匮乏，专业人才缺失等一系列问题导致其很难有序开展活动，发挥其应有的作用。根据我国国情和我国非政府组织的实际情况，促进我国非政府组织的良性、健康发展是我们亟待解决的问题。本文将针对目前我国非政府组织的现状和存在的问题进行深入分析，并提出一些完善和改进的对策。
