招聘工作的成功与否对于任何企业来说都是非常重要的,对于中小企业来说就更是如此。现在企业竞争最关注的核心已然是人才竞争,招聘是人力资源管理的第一步且最重要的一步,而我国很多的中小企业却没有办法走好这一步。企业管理者对于人才的作用是越来越重视了,是否能招到合适岗位的人才直接关系到中小企业或事业单位或是大型企业未来的成长和发展。伴随着经济的快速发展,中小企业已经逐渐成为我国经济结构中最活跃的、最具有潜力的、不可或缺的重要的组成部分。中小企业作为社会主义市场经济的重要的组成部分,对于经济建设做出了很大的贡献,但是在其发展过程中所面临的人才资源的缺乏问题已经在很大程度上限制了中小企业的长足的成长和发展。而招聘则是中小企业或者大型企业获得持续人才资源支撑的重要保障。在今经济体制转型和经济结构调整的特殊的历史时期中,只有在解决了招聘问题后,才可能更好地促进企业的成长和发展。本文结合青海中小企业的实际问题,提出了相应的解决对策,以解决中小企业或事业单位招聘的瓶颈,帮助推动企业的持续长足发展。

Abstract:Recruitment of success for any enterprise is very important, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises. Now the core enterprise competition the most attention is the talent competition, recruitment is the first step of human resource management and the most important step, but a lot of small and medium-sized enterprises in China have no way to get this step. The role of the enterprise managers for talents is more and more attention to the, whether to recruit suitable jobs people is directly related to small and medium-sized enterprises or institutions or large enterprise growth and development in the future. Along with the rapid development of economy, small and medium-sized enterprises have gradually become the most active economic structure in China, the most promising and indispensable important component. Small and medium-sized enterprises as an important component of the socialist market economy, made a great contribution to the economic construction, but in the process of its development faced by the lack of human resources has been largely limits the small and medium-sized enterprises of rapid growth and development. While the recruitment is small and medium-sized enterprises or large enterprise plays an important role in promoting the sustainable human resources support. In this economic system transformation and economic structure adjustment in the special historical period, only can solve the problem of recruitment, to better promote the growth and development of the enterprise. In this paper, combining the actual problems of small and medium-sized enterprises in qinghai, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures, in order to solve the bottleneck of small and medium-sized enterprise or business the unit recruitment, help to promote the continuous rapid development of the enterprise.
