二胎政策的社会公共服务策略的调查研究—以xx市xx区为例

由于目前人口结构的扭曲，人口老龄化及男女比例失调等问题的突出，从单独二胎到全面二胎，解决人口问题刻不容缓。但在经济社会迅速发展的今天，仍有父母不愿生育二胎，本文从育儿社会公共服务入手，通过调查明晰家长为什么不愿生育二胎？对育儿公共服务的要求是什么？以公共产品服务、社区及家庭服务及公共医疗服务为着力点，调查家长的意愿和需求，并提出相应的策略，希望对于育儿公共服务的完善有所帮助。

　　Abstract:Owing to outstanding problem of the current population structure distortion,aging population and gender balance of population,from selective two-child policy to the universal two-child policy,It’s urgent to solve the population problem.In today's rapid economic development society,there are still couples reluctant to give birth to the second child.This article try to start with parenting public service to know why some couples unwilling to want a second child.what’s their request for parenting public service?Based on Public goods service,Community and family services and Public medical service,we try to investigate the willingness and demand of parents and give corresponding suggestions,and it’s hoped this helpful to the perfect of parenting public service.
