羞怯儿童情绪调节策略的研究


本研究采用整群随机抽样法,抽取268名幼儿为研究对象,以《儿童社交偏好量表》中的羞怯因子和《学前儿童情绪调节策略调查问卷》为工具考察儿童羞怯水平和情绪调节策略使用的总体特征以及两者之间的关系。研究在分析不同性别、年级学前儿童羞怯和情绪调节策略选择与运用的基础上,重点分析羞怯儿童情绪调节策略的使用情况。结果表明,与非羞怯儿童相比,在面临消极情境时,羞怯儿童更倾向于使用消极的情绪调节策略,比如,被动应付策略。相关研究证明,消极情绪调节会对幼儿身心发展产生不利影响。因此,成人要引导羞怯儿童选择并学会运用积极的情绪调节策略,促进羞怯儿童健康快乐地成长。

Study on Shy Children's Emotion Regulation Strategies
 
Abstract: Based on the cluster random sampling method and a selected sample of 268 children, this study investigates children's shyness levels, the general characteristics of the use of emotion regulation strategies and the relationship between them, using the shyness factors of Social Preference Scale for Children and Preschool Children's Emotion Regulation Strategy Questionnaire as the tool. It focuses on uses of shy children's emotion regulation strategies, with a basic analysis of the selection and application of emotion regulation strategies for preschool children of different genders and grades. It draws a conclusion that compared with non-shy children, shy children tend to apply negative emotion regulation strategies when faced with negative situations, passive coping strategies, for example. As proven by relevant studies, negative emotion regulations can exert a negative impact on children's physical and mental development, which makes it necessary for adults to guide shy children to learn to select and apply positive emotion regulation strategies, promoting their healthy and happy growth.
