枣庄市文化产业发展战略浅论

文化产业作为新兴产业，具有科技含量高、消耗低、污染少、周期短、收益高等特点，被誉为“绿色产业”，是21世纪速崛起的朝阳产业,并已逐步引起各级政府和社会各界的重视。枣庄文化资源丰富，发展潜力巨大，但就其目前文化产业的发展进程而言，与其他先进地市相比还是滞后的。本论文主要介绍了文化产业的相关理论知识，结合枣庄文化产业发展的现状、发展的优势以及存在的问题，提出枣庄文化产业的发展战略规划与对策措施。

Abstract

    As a new rising industry, the Culture industry is characteristic of high technology, low pollution, high—yield and so on. It is known as the "green industry ''and the rising sunrise industry in 21st century. Therefore, it is paid more and more attention by Governments at all levels and various sections of society. Although Zaozhuang has its abundant cultural resources and large potential of development, it falls behind other up-going cities in the development process of culture industry. This paper will introduce the related theory of culture industry. Combining with the current development situation, the advantages and existing problems in the development of cultural industry in Zaozhuang, it will put forward the strategic plans and suggestions of Zaozhuang's cultural industry.
