会话合作原则和商务信函翻译当
今世界经济日益成为全球一体化经济，国与国之间的经济往来日益密切。而外贸商务信函作为商务活动中传达商务信息、联系商务事务、洽谈商务事项等的重要桥梁，在国际商务活动中日益成为一种重要的交流工具。外贸商务信函翻译的准确与否势必影响商务活动的进程，关系到交易的成败。因此，贴切、准确、严谨的信函译文有助于商务活动的顺利进行、商家的有效交流、商务事务的成功运作。本文从Grice的会话合作原则的角度，通过论述合作原则四条准则，即数量、质量、关联和方式准则，来探索和研究外贸商务信函的翻译及其翻译策略，指导商务翻译实践。

Abstract
At present, the world economy is becoming more and more integrative so that the exchange among countries in the world are becoming more and more close. Foreign business letters act in the business activities as an important bridge in the abstracts such as conveying business information, contacting business affairs, negotiating business and so on. It increasingly becomes an important communication. The correctness of the translation of foreign business letters will influence the process of business activities and is also related to the success of business exchange. Therefore, appropriate, accurate and rigorous translation of foreign business letters is beneficial to the well-off development of business activities, the effective exchange of merchants and the successful operation of business affairs. This article, from the theory of Grice’s Cooperative Principle, explores and studies the translation and translation strategy of foreign business letters through describing the four maxims of Cooperative Principle: the maxim of quantity, the maxim of quality, the maxim of relation and the maxim of manner, aiming to guide the translation practice of business activities.
