文化旅游城市的营销策略探析---以中山市为例


文化旅游是人类过去和现在所创造的,以旅游经营者创造的观赏对象和休闲娱乐方式为消费内容,使旅游者获得富有文化内涵和深度参与旅游体验的旅游活动的集合。一座有价值的文化旅游城市,不仅仅表现在对这种文化的培养和树立,还需要有可行性的营销策略。因此,在我国文化旅游的发展过程中,对文化旅游城市如何进行有价值的营销显得迫切而紧急。本文通过针对中山市文化旅游营销的路径分析,提出相应的营销实施具体市场营销策略。分析旅游产业在中山市社会经济发展中占有重要的地位及其发展态势,利用中山人文自然资源、区位交通、政策支持的优势,找出中山市旅游产业的景点规模、产品结构、服务水平、外部环境等问题,积极主动趋利避害,实现旅游市场良性发展,研究价值导向问题和市场营销问题,探求可行性建议。促进旅游文化资源互补,优化旅游产业升级,必须实现上述几个方面多元创新,积极整合资源,才能在真正意义上推动中山文化旅游产业的持续、健康发展。
