论国家工作人员宪法宣誓制度的作用及推广我国在党的十八届四中全会上提出建立宪法宣誓制度，这已然是一个较晚的时间，可是我们能认识到宪法宣誓的重要性并加以推广依旧是难能而可贵的。宪法宣誓制度是我们遵守法律树立宪法权威的第一道保障，是划定宪法为我国根本大法这一原则在国家工作人员心中的一道基准线，是人民心中的一道防护网。宪法宣誓制度的普及是我们未来要抓住的重点，也是势在必行的趋势，我们应全面了解宪法宣誓制度建立的意义及其发挥的重要作用，为今后的发展和推广过程中树立一座标杆，确定前进的方向。宪法宣誓在多个国家长达几十年的发展中一直未被摒弃，而是被越来越多的国家写入宪法，受到重视，这与其起到的重要作用密不可分。宪法宣誓在未来有着更长远的发展，推广宪法宣誓迫在眉睫。

The Role and Promotion of the Constitution of the State Functionary
ABSTRACT In China on the 18th conference of CPC put forward to build system of the constitutional oath,it is already a later time,but we can realize the importance of the constitutional oath and promote can still it's hard to be valuable. System of the constitutional oath we comply with the law to establish the authority of the constitution is the first barrier,is designated the constitution is the fundamental solution that the original choice in state functionaries in the heart of a baseline,the network is the people’s heart. The universality of the constitutional swearing-system is the focus of our future. Is inevitable trend, we should fully understand the significance of constitutional oath system establishment ,and play an important role,for the future in the process of the development and popularization of set a benchmark,to determine the way forward.Constitutional oath in several countries in the decades of development has not been abandoned,but is more and more countries into the constitution, be taken seriously,it plays the important role of inseparable.The constitution is sworn in for a longer term future,and the extension of the constitutional oath is imminent.
