扁平化管理如何做好员工的激励工作


本文对扁平化组织员工激励问题进行探讨,文章首先分析了扁平化组织结构的相关概念及特点,并对员工激励的相关理论进行了分析,并对Z公司及员工激励现状进行分析,着重从经济激励、工作激励以及社会心理激励三方面分析了公司在员工激励中存在的问题。并进一步从绩效考核机制不完善、福利激励体制不健全、员工配置不合理、企业培训体制不完善、缺乏员工职业生涯规划五个方面分析了激励问题的产生原因。最后文章给出了企业员工激励问题的解决对策,包括完善绩效考核机制、完善福利激励机制、加强员工优化配置、完善企业培训机制、加强员工职业生涯规划。

ABSTRACT
The flat organization staff incentive problems, this paper analyzes the concept of flat organization structure and characteristics, and related theories of motivation are analyzed, and the Z's flat management and employee incentive status analysis, analysis of three aspects of the existing problems in the incentive on employee motivation from the economic motivation, work motivation and social psychology. And further from the performance evaluation mechanism is not perfect, welfare incentive system is not perfect, the staff configuration is not reasonable, the enterprise training system is not perfect, the lack of employee occupation career incentive problem causes analysis of five aspects of planning. Finally the article gives countermeasures to solve the incentive problems of enterprises, including the perfect performance appraisal system, improve the incentive mechanism, strengthen employee welfare allocation, improve the enterprise training mechanism, strengthen employee occupation career planning.
