【摘要】

天津鑫茂天财酒店人才流失问题研究

本文对天津鑫茂天财酒店人才流失问题进行探讨,文章首先对人才流失的内涵以及分类进行介绍,然后对天津鑫茂天财酒店人才流失现状及其影响进行分析,并着重对造成天津鑫茂天财酒店人才流失的原因进行分析,包括企业自身竞争力不强、企业文化建设缺失、员工薪酬待遇与预期存在差距、缺乏对员工职业素质的培育。最后文章给出了天津鑫茂天财酒店人才流失问题的解决对策,包括提高管理水平,增强酒店的市场竞争力、加强企业文化建设,增强员工的归属感、完善奖惩制度,建立科学的薪酬体系、加强员工的职业教育,提高职业素质。

ABSTRACT
This paper carries on the discussion to the Tianjin Hotel xinmaotiancai braindrain, meaning firstly on the brain drain and classification are introduced, then carries on the analysis to the Tianjin xinmaotiancai Hotel talent loss status and influence, and focus on the cause of Tianjin xinmaotiancai Hotel talent loss are analyzed, including the competitiveness of enterprises is not strong, the lack of enterprise culture construction, employee compensation treatment with the anticipated gaps and lack of cultivation of employee occupation quality. Finally the article gives countermeasures to solve the problem of the loss of Tianjin xinmaotiancai hotel personnel, including improving the management level, enhance the market competitiveness of hotel, strengthen the construction of enterprise culture, enhance their sense of belonging, improve the reward system, establish a scientific compensation system, strengthen the occupation education staff, improve the quality of occupation.
