天津嘉信商旅国际旅行社有限公司人力资源管理存在的问题及对策分析

    随着我国旅游事业的蓬勃发展,我国现代旅游业迅速兴起,面对旅游业的快速发展和新经济时代的挑战,旅游人力资源开发与管理也面临着一些亟待解决的问题:人才流失现象严重;旅游企业管理机制落后,人才培养不足;部分旅行社和从业人员信誉缺失等。本文通过对天津嘉信国际旅行社人力资源管理现状的分析,从人员的招聘、培训、晋升、薪酬制度四个方面,比较全面地提出了天津嘉信旅行社在今后人力资源管理中可采取的措施。

Abstract
    The tourism grows vigorously in China and the modern tourism industry springs up promptly in our country. With the rapid development of the tourism industry and the challenge faced by new economic era, human resources development and management of tourist agencies are faced with urgent problems, such as talent loss, unenlightened corporation management, shortage of training course and practitioners without credit. Through the analysis of  Tianjin Jiaxin international travel agency present situation of human resource management, from personnel recruitment, training, promotion, salary system, comprehensively proposed Tianjin Jiaxin international travel in the future human resources management can take measures.
