论公司发展文化的重要性

 在当今21世纪经济全球化的格局下,企业的发展在很大程度上取决于文化力的较量,更高的竞争在于文化已成为不争之趋势。因此,如何全面构建具有自身特色的企业文化,是时代的呼唤,是落实科学发展观、全面建设和谐社会的迫切需要;是企业求得生存和发展的灵魂工程,也是企业元气再造和提升核心竞争力的活力之本、动力之源,更是企业的自身追求和必然的选择。 在当今世界,经济文化一体化已成为知识经济时代的显著特征,构建特色企业文化已成为国内外许多知名企业发展战略的重要内容。他们的成功经验说明,有特色的企业文化,是企业在长期生产经营、改革发展中倡导、积累、经过筛选提炼形成的,是企业生存和发展的内在动力,是规范企业和员工行为的软约束,是提升企业形象、增加企业价值的无形资产,是企业核心竞争力的形成要素和重要组成部分,也是企业发展壮大、立于不败之地的重要保证。企业文化是在一个企业的核心价值体系的基础上形成的,具有延续性的共同的认知系统和习惯性的行为方式。这种共同的认知系统和习惯性的行为方式使企业员工彼此之间能够达成共识,形成心理契约。企业文化是组织成员思想、行为的依据。在知识经济时代,企业文化的作用非常重大。企业文化是企业经营管理活动的重要杠杆之一,也是优秀企业基业长青的重要动力源。随着知识经济的来临,企业文化已经成为促进企业发展的核心力量甚至是铸造企业灵魂的力量。

Under the pattern of economic globalization in the 21st century, the development of enterprises depends largely on the competition of cultural forces.
