翻译专业学生口译焦虑现象及控制研究

【摘要】

翻译专业学生口译焦虑现象及控制研究随着我国对外开放的不断深入,对外交流日趋频繁。这就使得对口译人才的需求大大增加。然而,在口译学习及其实战过程中,学生都存在着各种各样的焦虑现象。本文主要是以某高校翻译专业学生为样本,在对董燕萍等几位专家研制的口译焦虑量表改编基础上,对学生的口译焦虑现象进行测试和分析,结果显示:学生在译前、译中、译后都存在着不同程度的口译焦虑现象,其中绝大多数同学存在着中等程度的口译焦虑。针对口译过程中的不同环节出现的焦虑现象,文章分别从课程设置、材料选择、笔译综合能力、口译技能训练、心理调适五个方面提出了行之有效的解决办法,意在为提高口译质量及水平提供参考实例。

 Interpretation Anxiety and Control Research for Students Majoring in Translation
 
Abstract:With the further implementation of the opening-up policy, more and more frequent communication and exchanges between China and other countries have occurred. Massive talent interpreters are needed in such a situation. However, in the process of learning and interpreting, students have various interpretation anxiety problems. In this study, the author adapts the Interpretation Anxiety Scale made by Dong Yanping, Cheng Huanpeng and Yu Zhibin and tests the interpretation anxiety of the students majoring in translation, whom are selected from a university. Results show that many students have various anxiety problems in different phases: pre-translating, while-translating and post-translating, most of whom have mid-level interpretation anxiety problems in particular. Ultimately, some detailed, effective solutions have been put forward from five aspects such as course design, selection of teaching materials, translation comprehensive ability, training of interpretation skills and psychological adjustment. It is hoped that the study can provide reference and examples in improving the students’ interpretation quality.
