未成年人犯罪的社区矫正研究
未成年人犯罪已经成为世界各国普遍关注的热点问题，我国未成年人犯罪数量不断增加，有效预防未成年人犯新罪已经成为当前一大社会难题。根据我国国情，建立具有中国特色的未成年人犯罪社区矫正制度，关系到社区矫正工作的顺利开展和社区矫正机制的完善。本文结合我国社区矫正制度运行的实际情况，分析未成年犯社区矫正的现状，当前我国未成年社区矫正工作正处于起步阶段，存在诸多问题，包括：缺乏专门的立法，这是未成年犯社区矫正工作难以开展的最大障碍；公众受传统的行刑观念的影响，缺乏专门的社区矫正机制以及矫正队伍专业素质不高的等问题使得社区矫正执行比较困难；我国目前针对未成年犯的社区矫正项目相对比较少等问题。针对存在的问题提出完善未成年犯社区矫正的措施，进一步推动我国未成年犯社区矫正制度的发展。

Research on community correction
of juvenile delinquency
ABSTRACT: Juvenile crime has become a hot problem all over the world. The number of juvenile crimes in China is increasing, as a result, preventing juvenile crime has been one of the major social problems. According to China's national conditions, the establishment of community correction system with Chinese characteristics concerns the smooth implementation of community correction program and the improvement of community correction mechanism. This paper analyzes the status quo of community correction for juvenile offenders, which is based on the actual situation of community correction system in China. At present, the community correction in China is in the initial stage and there are lots of problems. Including: lack of special legislation, which makes criminal community correction work difficult to carry out; public is influenced by the traditional idea of execution, the shortage of specialized community correction mechanism and the low quality of professional correction team makes the implementation of community correction more difficult; there are few community correction programs for juvenile offenders in China. This paper aims to formulate measures of improving the community correction of juvenile offenders, and promote the development of community correction system for juvenile offenders in China.
