本文意图通过对英国百货零售商—爱顾的经营模式探究,为一筹莫展的传统零售企业提供借鉴之处。首先,本文对研究的重要性和背景做了简要介绍。独特的店内销售模式、完善的服务体系、使用多渠道销售、物流系统优化、发展互联网是爱顾运营的基础、实现“线下目录销售+B2C+020”三模式整合等手段,使爱顾在零售业一枝独秀。令人称叹。020模式下库存的动态信息可视和协同很重要,特别是补货信息的可视化是中国传统零售和电商做不到的。另外,本文通过对相关零售业的比较,总结了爱顾零售商成功经营的秘诀,并指出了英国爱顾模式在中国发展可能存在的问题,并提出了相关改进建议,试图找出适合中国发展的经营模式。

Abstract
Based on the exploration of the management of the department stores in Britain,We found that the management style of Argos is different from the traditional department store. First, the paper gives a brief introduction of the background of the company. The unique sales model has perfect service system, the using of multi-channel sales are all its factors of success. the development of Internet-based care is the improve of operations, to achieve "catalog sales next line + B2C +020" tri-mode integration means to make its thriving retail sector. The paper suggest the relevant recommendations for the improvement and the authors believes that Argos business success should be studied carefully. China should try to find its own way of development through the study of the success of the model of Argos.
