成功的苹果公司文化

伴随着科学技术的迅速发展，各种电子产品不断涌现，电子产品在市场中的竞争越来越激烈，而苹果公司借助其优秀的企业文化，以及强大电子产品研发能力的支持，在众多的竞争中脱颖而出。苹果公司的例子也证明了一个成功的企业离不开优秀的企业文化。企业文化作为员工的导航引导员工积极奋进、积极开发研究，为企业创造更大的利润。成功的企业文化也会促使此企业走的更加长远。本文在分析了苹果公司的企业文化，企业背景以及企业的代表人物乔布斯。除此之外还说明了苹果公司的先进产品、以及该公司在中国市场的表现。望以下分析能对我国电子产品以及其他领域企业有所启示。

Abstract
Recently, with the development of diverse electronic products, there is an intense competition among them. However, thanks to the successful corporate culture and advanced design, Apple performs the best. Apple company also shows us a good example. It tells us a good company comes from successful corporate culture. As a compass, corporate culture leads employees to make progress and develop more advanced product. Successful corporate culture makes large profit from its company. This present paper analyzes the corporate culture of Apple and introduces the company background and Steve Jobs who saved Apple. Besides, it also introduces apple’s products and its performance in China. Hoping that the analysis will be adopted or referenced by local companies.
