逆向文化休克与职业发展关系研究

【内容摘要】

逆向文化休克与职业发展关系研究随着经济全球化的发展,外派人员在跨国公司中越来越重要,但是随着外派人员的回任,却有可能出现逆向文化休克现象,对其回任后的工作造成了影响,因不适应而离职的人员不在少数,或选择回到子公司所在国逃避。本文采用实证研究法,以深圳地区企事业单位175名员工为被试,使用回归分析法。通过探讨外派人员出现逆向文化休克现象与职业发展之间的关系,分析逆向文化休克在职业发展的道路上的角色。结果显示,(1)逆向文化休克同职业发展之间存在着负向关系;(2)心理资本在逆向文化休克与职业发展之间具有调节效应。最后提出了逆向文化休克的应对策略。

The Mechanisms of How Reverse Culture Shock Impacts on Career Development
【Abstract】With the development of economic globalization, the expatriates in multinational corporations increasingly important, but as expatriates back, is likely to reverse culture shock phenomenon had an impact on its work after the reversion, because personnel suited to leave a few, or choose to return to the subsidiary of the country to escape. In this paper, the questionnaire, 175 employees of the enterprises of the Shenzhen area were tested using regression analysis. By exploring expatriate reverse culture shock phenomenon and career development of the relationship between the role of reverse culture shock on the road of career development. The results show that (1)the reverse culture shock and career development there is a negative relationship; (2) psychological capital adjustment effect between reverse culture shock and career development. Finally, the coping strategies of reverse culture shock.
