劳务派遣下正式员工更有工作安全感吗?——以深圳企业为例
在很多企业中,有些员工就好像沙丁鱼一样,每天朝九晚五地上下班,过着稳定、一成不变的生活。虽然他们对自己的工作感到单调乏味,却也没有试图改变他们的境地。他们每天所从事的工作就是等下班,每月所从事的工作就是等薪水,每年所从事的工作就是等退休。这样的员工已经没有了工作的热情,更不会有危机意识。在激烈的市场竞争中,为了提升竞争力,企业管理者希望员工能够展现更多的生产力,于是就会采用相应的一些措施和手段来激励员工,比如引进派遣员工完成企业的一些工作和任务,引进派遣员工来代替工作绩效低的员工,这些措施是否会影响正式员工的工作安全感?文章通过实证研究,探究了在劳务派遣下,工作丧失、环境变化、过度竞争对正式员工的影响效果。

Do the formal employees under the labor dispatching have more job security?

【Abstract】In many enterprises, there exist a few employees who work 9-to-5 and live a regularly stable and changeless life, just like sardine.Though they might feel tedium and dull of their work, they are not tending to change this situation.To those staffs, the meaning of the everyday job is waiting for off duty; the most important work they engage every month is to check their salary and pay; the better solution to deal with the dull job per year is to count the days waiting for retirement.They have no enthusiasm for job and haven’t been aware of the crisis.With the fierce market competition, to improve the competitiveness and create more productivity, enterprise managers take some measures to stimulate their staffs.Whether these measures ,which introduce dispatches workers to complete some jobs and tasks of enterprise and to take place of some works under low work performance,would affect the sence of formal employee' security or not?Through an empirical research,the author explore job loss,changing enviroment and excessive competition on the influence of formal employee,under the labor dispatching situation.
