角色压力与工作倦怠的关系研究

【内容摘要】

角色压力与工作倦怠的关系研究随着经济的不断发展,企业所面临的压力也在不断的增加,而这高强度的工作压力直接导致员工出现了工作倦怠感。本论文以广东省内的在职员工作为被试对象,研究角色压力对工作倦怠的影响,采用了查阅资料、文献分析、问卷法和数据分析法为本实证研究提供理论依据和数据支持。根据以往的文献资料做出假设,通过信效度、相关性分析以及回归分析等数据分析方法得出了角色压力对工作倦怠有显著的正向影响。该结论不但能够丰富当今环境下对于工作倦怠的实证研究,同时所提出的对策也能够为企业和员工提供较为良好的指导和实践意义。

Role stress on the relationship between the job burnout
 
【Abstract】 With the constant development of economy, the enterprise with the pressure is also in constant increase, and the high strength work led to the employees work appeared tired feeling directly. Based on the research of the employees in Guangdong province, research role stress to the influence of job burnout which includes access to information and analysis of literature, questionnaire and data analysis, for this empirical research to provide the theory basis and the data support. According to former literature material make assumptions, through the reliability and validity, the correlation analysis and regression analysis data analysis concluded that role stress on job burnout are significant positive impact. This conclusion can not only enrich the environment for job burnout of empirical studies, and proposed the countermeasures for the enterprise and employees can also provides a good guidance and practical significance.
