【内容摘要】

基于灰色关联的企业营销人员薪酬满意度分析评价为了解HYD汽配公司营销人员的薪酬满意度情况,现将按以下步骤开展研究工作: (l)详细论述了薪酬管理的相关理论。阐述了薪酬理论的含义、构成,功能和了解薪酬管理的概述,并进一步分析薪酬管理体系设计的基本理论。(2) 对HYD汽配公司营销部的基本状况、营销人员的配置现状以及营销人员薪酬现状进行了介绍。着重分析了HYD汽配公司营销人员薪酬现状,通过对HYD汽配公司的营销人员薪酬管理现状进行调查和分析,总结出HYD汽配公司营销人员薪酬管酬等级及结构不合理、缺乏弹性和灵活性、分配的方法方式单一等问题。(3)通过运用灰色系统理论中的灰色关联和AHP层次分析的方法来分析了解HYD汽配公司营销人员在薪酬方面的满意情况,了解各员工对各个薪酬指标满意度。从员工满意度,评估了HYD汽配公司当前对于营销人员实施薪酬管理的效果,并针对存在的问题提出策略性建议。
论文研究过程及其结果,对HYD汽配公司营销人员薪酬方案优化具有参考价值,对同类企业营销人员薪酬方案优化或是同组织其它部门的满意度调查具有借鉴价值。

Analysis and evaluation of the enterprise marketing staff degree of satisfaction based on the grey relation
  --Take the marketing personnel of the HYD auto enterprise as an example
 
【 abstract 】In order to understand the HYD auto company marketing personnel compensation satisfaction,now the research will work according to the following steps:
(1)It introdueed and analyzed the compensation manageme.Deseribed and analyzed the content of theory,development and practice of the status,and further studied the basie theory of design compensation management system.
(2)Intruduce the basic status of the HYD marketing department,the configuration status of maketing personnel and the maketing personnel compensation status.And it analyzes the maketing personnel current compensation status, through investgate and analyze the maketing personnel current compensation status of HYD auto company,and described irrational structure of compensation management,the lack of flexibility and other aspects in HYD comPany.
(3)By using the Grey relational analyzing of  grey system theory and AHP hierarchical analysis method to analyze the maketing personnel compensation satisfaction status of HYD auto company,to get to know the degree of satisfaction of each index.Accronding to the satisfaction,we assess the implementation effect of HYD auto company current compensation management of maketing personnel.
The conclusion and research process will be of value to the optimization of the marketing personnel compensation and is of reference value for the other departments or enterpraices optimization.
