xx大学学生满意度调查研究


本文将顾客满意理论和“以学生为中心”的教育理念相结合。在分析顾客满意理论适用于高等教育领域的基础上,利用问卷和深度访谈调查了深圳大学全日制本科生对学校提供的各项服务的满意状况。运用 SPSS 统计和分析收集到的数据,找出了目前各项服务的优劣势所在,并整理归纳出学生对学校服务的建议。本研究得到了如下结论:(1)xx大学学生对于教学管理的教学内容比较满意,但比较不满意学分绩点制度和教师测评制度;(2)学生对于学生党建工作的满意度比较高;(3)学生对于图书馆的环境氛围满意度比较高,对于学生公寓的业余活动组织、食堂的卫生安全等问题满意度不高。

【Abstract】   This paper combines customer satisfaction theory with the educational idea of “Student-centered”. Based on analysis of customer satisfaction is applicable in the field of higher education, the use of questionnaires and interviews in depth to survey the status of Shenzhen University full-time undergraduate students satisfied with the services provided by the school. The paper uses the software—Statistical Product and Service Solutions—to identify the strengths and weaknesses of various services, and then, sums up the students’ suggestions. This research is drawn some conclusions: (1) for the teaching content of teaching management, students in Shenzhen University are satisfactory, but not satisfied with the Grade Point System and Teachers Evaluation System; (2) for the party construction, students are satisfactory; (3) student satisfaction with the atmosphere of the library is relatively high, the satisfaction isn’t high for the leisure activities of   organization in the student dorm and the food safety issues in canteens.
