合作与礼貌原则在外贸函电中的应用

外贸函电作为一种商务交流的工具,在经济全球化和经济一体化的大背景下，它是对外贸易往来中很重要的一个环节。外贸函电是一种特殊的文体,在贸易活动往来中逐渐形成了自己的语言特征.为了提高外贸函电的写作水平，我们需要关注它的写作原则。合作原则在恰当处理商务信函交际中发挥很好的作用。合作原则包括质量准则、数量准则、关联准则和方式准则以及一些次准则。礼貌在商务交往中起着至关重要的作用，为了更好地赢得客户，树立完美的企业形象，商务人员常常从对方的角度考虑问题，在商务信函中也总是含蓄地表达自己的观点和意见。礼貌原则包括得体准则，慷慨准则，赞誉准则，谦虚准则，一致准则，同情准则。本论文通过对合作原则与礼貌原则的应用进行分析,总结了一些信函的写作方法，对商务信函的写作有一定的意义。遵守了合作原则及其准则，人们就能恰如其分地和客户交流，促成富有成效的交易。

On the Application of Cooperative Principle and Politeness Principle in Foreign Trade Correspondence
Abstract: Today, under the background of economic globalization and economic integration, foreign trade correspondence has been the most important links of foreign trade activities as a tool of business communication. Foreign trade correspondence is of a special style and has formed its own language characteristics gradually in the foreign trade activities. In order to improve the level of foreign trade correspondence writing, we need to pay attention to the principles of foreign trade correspondence writing. The cooperative principle produces a marked effect in dealing with the foreign trade correspondence. Cooperative principle can be divided into four maxims—the maxim of quality, the maxim of quantity, the maxim of relevance, the maxim of manner, and several sub maxims. Politeness is extremely important in business communication. In order to win customers and foster perfect enterprise image, businessmen always have consideration for the other party in foreign trade correspondences and express their views tactfully. Politeness principle can be divided into six parts—Tact Maxim, Generosity Maxim, Approbation Maxim, Modesty Maxim, Agreement Maxim, Sympathy Maxim. This thesis summarizes several writing methods from the perspective of maxim of cooperative principle and politeness principle through analyzing the application of the Cooperative principle and the Politeness principle. To some extent, this thesis is of significance to business writing. People will communicate appropriately with customers by observing the application of the Cooperative principle and Politeness principle in foreign trade correspondence.
