学前教育类男生专业认同感现状调查——以xx大学男生为访谈对象


本研究以杭州师范大学初等教育学院学前教育类全部11位男生为调查对象,采用个别访谈法了解学前教育类男生的专业认同感,分析和总结男生就读本专业的认同感状况和原因,为学前教育事业的改革和进步提供建议。调查发现,学前教育类男生对本专业认同感较强的原因有:思想开放,不受传统思想的束缚;是第一志愿就读本专业;对所学的课程有较强的兴趣。而对本专业认同感较弱的男生主要存在以下几个方面的原因:受传统观念的影响;非第一志愿就读;课程设置的不合理;对自身的优势认识不足。针对男生对本专业认同感较弱的问题,本研究建议通过媒体和其他舆论形式对男性幼儿教师多做正面宣传;学校在专业课的设置中充分考虑男生的性格特点和生理特点;加强对学前教育类男生的职业教育;提高幼儿教师待遇等。

ABSTRACT
In this study, we have chose all 11 boy students of preschool education major of Hangzhou normal university, uses the individual interview method to understand boys' professional identity ,analyzing and summarizing boy's professional identity status and reasons, provides Suggestions for reform and progress for preschool education major. Some boy students’ professional identity is strong because they have open-minded, not by the shackles of traditional thinking; is the first volunteer admission to the professional; have a strong interest in the school curriculum. At the same time, some boy students’ professional identity is weak because they are influenced by traditional ideas; not the first volunteer school; curriculum setting unreasonable; lack of understanding of their own advantages. In order to enhance boy students’ professional identity, we suggest that: guide the public opinion propaganda, reform professional curriculum, Concern about the boy students’ psychological development and strengthen ideological education, strengthen the professional education of boy student, increase the wages and treatment of the preschool teachers, and so on.
