从后台走向前台:幼儿教师教育职前职后一体化研究


谋求教师教育一体化已经成为当前国际教师教育理论与实践中的一个重大趋势。教师教育一体化就其目的而言,不外乎两个方面:一是为了培养能够适应社会变化的教师;二是为了提高教师教育的质量与效益。要实现教师教育的一体化,在开展教师教育时应该遵循以下三个基本原则:第一,以引导或促进教师的反思为导向;第二,以教师发展规律为依据;第三,以学校为本位。本研究以杭州采荷第二幼儿园幼儿为调查对象,采用文献研究法和自传研究法研究目前在校大学生教育实践的现况,分析和总结一名在校大学生从后台走向前台的心理变化和教育方式方法的提高。随着社会的进步和发展,幼儿园的数量不断增加,对幼儿教师的需求也不断加大,大量的师范类应届毕业生走入幼儿教育的工作岗位。这种从学校学生到老师的角色上的转变令很多应届毕业生感到无所适从。在此,笔者想通过自身在幼儿园实践,提供一些幼儿教育的方法,可以让应届毕业生少走一点弯路,更好的投身到幼儿教育的事业中去。

ABSTRACT
Seek the integration of teacher education has become a major trend in the current international teacher education theory and practice. The integration of teacher education purposes, there are two aspects: First, in order to train the teachers be able to adapt to social changes; in order to improve the quality and efficiency of teacher education. To achieve the integration of teacher education in teacher education should follow the following three basic principles: first, a guide or promote teacher reflection; Second, the law of development of teachers; to school based. In this study, Hangzhou Caihe kindergarten children for the survey, the current situation of college students in the educational practices of documentary research and the autobiographical research method, analyze and summarize the psychological changes and education, an undergraduate in college from the background to the front ways and means to improve. After my three semesters of teaching practice, early childhood teachers' professional growth of kindergarten teachers from non-professionals as professionals and continuously improve their professional quality development process. Along with social progress and development, the number of kindergartens increasing demand for child care teachers is increasing, a large number of graduates of the Normal into early childhood education jobs. This, many graduates from school students to the teacher's role change in a quandary, and into the growth of the first year of kindergarten, kindergarten teachers have a very significant impact. At this point, I think through their own practice in the kindergarten, early childhood education can go a little detour, better to join to the cause of early childhood education graduates.
