中、韩大学小教本科教育见习比较研究

【内容摘要】

中、韩大学小教本科教育见习比较研究


 通过文献研究、访谈以及实践观察等,发现中、韩两国本科层次小学教育专业在教育见习的时间安排、指导教师的资格以及评价方式、指导教师对见习生的指导过程、对见习生的要求以及评价方式等方面,存在较大差异。结合我国教育见习实行过程中存在的具体问题,认为高校在指导教师资格确定与激励措施、师范生自我发展责任意识、见习方案规范化、评价方式多元化方面做出改进。

Abstract
Through the literature research, interview and observation, in two universities of Korea and China, the research finds the different of two universities’ teaching practice. For example, the timing of teaching practice, tutor qualification and the evaluation methods, tutors process of tutoring for students,teaching practice requirement for students and the evaluation methods etc. Combined with the teaching practice’s specific issues in China, universities need to make improvements of Qualified tutor certification and incentives & measures, The sense of responsibility and self-development, Standardization teaching practice program plan, Diversification of evaluation methods.
