“飘”不走的人 — —解析《飘》斯嘉丽

1936年玛格丽特·米切尔发表了长篇小说《飘》，又译作《乱世佳人》，是一部历史题材的社会小说，具有较强的浪漫色彩。这部小说以美国南北战争和战后重建的琼斯波罗、亚特兰大和佐治亚州为背景，以一个种植园主的女儿斯嘉丽为核心人物，通过斯嘉丽的生活遭遇和感情纠葛为主线，着力塑造一位：“乱世佳人”形象——斯嘉丽。
我们可以从以下几个方面诠释斯嘉丽为何成为《飘》中飘不走的人，首先通过对主人公斯嘉丽所处的家庭环境以及社会环境进行分析，从而得知它们形成了斯嘉丽独特的性格。她具有无我主义和唯我主义的婚恋情结，她寻求独立都反映了她性格的多面性。但她不仅是一个真实的兼具矛盾性、复杂性、多面性于一体的人物形象，具有无与伦比的现实主义人格魅力；同时，她也蕴含着对现代人的某些普遍性的生存状态和精神形态的独特审视与参悟。从文中我们可以看到她反抗传统价值观并且不断与时俱进、面对艰难环境不屈服的精神以及她所代表的那个时期女性自我意识的觉醒。
