小学教师惩戒行为研究

教师惩戒作为教育的一种方式在规范管理学生行为方面,起到了显著的效果而被广大教师使用,而教师在行使这一权利时又倍感压力,由于近年来社会越来越关爱学生,所以惩戒系列的教育方式顺理成章的成为了众矢之的。事实上,由于小学生其身心处于发展初期阶段,是非对错观念尚未形成,不能对自己的行为作出理智正确的判断,需要他人的规范、约束和指导,对事物的认识不够全面,无法有意识的控制自己的行为,所以总是不可避免地作出一些违规事情。而且他们处于身心迅速发展阶段,是施以教育和加以引导的最佳时期,所以老师对事情的处理方式将会直接影响学生明确是与非、善与恶的界定和判断标准。所以惩戒与赏识它们在学生健康成长的每一个阶段都扮演着同等重要的角色,恰当的惩戒教育是合理而必要的。本文将小学教师惩戒行为作为研究对象,通过问卷调查法和访谈法调查家长、学生和教师对惩戒的认识及教师惩戒的真实使用状况,并分析小学教师在教学过程中实施惩戒存在的问题,最后从制定教师惩戒具体细则、完善教育立法、改变社会对教师惩戒的片面看法和加强师德教育四个方面对使教师惩戒行为如何合理化提出建议,以期教师能够正确合理的使用这个权利。

      Primary school teachers disciplinary behavior research

Abstract:Teachers' discipline as a means of education in regulating the behavior of management students, significant effect by the majority of teachers, and teachers in the exercise of this right and feel more pressure, due to the society in recent years more and more care for students, so punishment series of education naturally became the target of public criticism. In fact, students due to the body and mind in the early stages of development is non concept has yet to take shape, not for their actions make right and reasonable judgment often requires the specification of others, restrain and guide the understanding of things is not comprehensive enough, not consciously control their behavior, so always inevitably made some illegal things. And they are in the rapid development stage, education and impose to be guided in the best time, so teacher of things of treatment will directly affect students' clear is right and wrong, good and evil, the definition and judging standard. So discipline and appreciation of them in the process of healthy growth of students play the same important role, appropriate disciplinary education is reasonable and necessary .In this paper, the primary school teachers disciplinary action as the object of study, through the questionnaire survey and interview survey of parents, students and teachers on the understanding of the discipline and the real use of teacher discipline,analysis of primary school teachers in the process of implementation of disciplinary problems. Finally, from the specific rules for the development of teacher discipline, improve the education legislation, to change the social aspects of teachers' education and strengthen the four aspects of teacher's moral education on how to rationalize the behavior of teachers,with a view to better use of the rights of teachers.
