小学少先队组织工作现状调查与研究

本论文主要运用问卷调查及个别访谈等研究方法，从少先队员的角度，试图从小学少先队组织建设和教育活动，以及少先队员对少先队组织的认同三个方面客观反映小学少先队组织的工作现状，主要涉及小学少先队工作中的基层组织、少先队干部管理、组织辅导员队伍建设、活动阵地建设以及组织教育中的礼仪教育、少先队活动等内容。调查结果显示，目前小学少先队组织工作在组织建设和少先队教育方面存在职责分工不明、制度建设不到位、宣传工作不力、工作不足、活动积极性不够、少先队礼仪教育淡化、队员主体地位弱化等问题。最后，本文针对这些问题，提出了明确组织工作任务，突出工作重点、规范少先队制度管理，增强队干部培训、优化少先队队伍建设，提高辅导员素质及回归学生日常生活，丰富组织宣传方式等建议，以期为推动学校少先队组织工作的发展提供有价值的参考性意见。

Abstract:This thesis mainly used the methods of questionnaire and individual interview, from the perspective of the young pioneers, from elementary school to the young pioneers organization construction and education activities, as well as the recognition of the young pioneers of the young pioneers organization objective reflect in three aspects: the primary school of the current work of the young pioneers organization, mainly involving elementary school young pioneers organizations at the grass-roots level in the work, the young pioneers cadres management and organize activities of the counselor team construction, position construction and organizing the etiquette education, the young pioneers education activity, etc. Results showed that the current primary school the young pioneers organization work in education organization construction and the young pioneers responsibility division of labor is unknown, the system construction is not in place, lack of propaganda work, work, activities, enthusiasm is not enough, the young pioneers etiquette education fade, such problems as the principal position of weakening. Finally, aiming at these problems, this paper puts forward the specific organizational work tasks, highlight the focus, and standardize management of the system of the young pioneers and enhance the cadres training, optimization of the young pioneers team construction, improve the quality of the instructors and students return to daily life, the rich organization propaganda way and so on, so as to promote the development of the school the young pioneers organization work provides valuable reference opinions.
