xx大学英语专业学生课堂交际用语语用失误调查研究

语用失误，作为一种语言现象在跨文化交际中普遍存在。1982年詹妮托马斯在她的论文中首次提出语用失误的概念，继而许多学者对这一概念给予了很大的关注，尤其是中国的学者。托马斯将语用失误定义为“不能理解话语的含义”。换言之，语用失误不是指听话者因不能在语言层面上理解说话者的话语含义而引起的误解，而是听话者不能按照说话者的意图辨识说话者话语的言外之力。
中国的学习者逐渐意识到适当运用目标语言以及减少语用失误的重要性。语用失误发生的频率很高甚至会影响正常交际活动的开展。因此有必要通过分析英语专业大学生语用失误从而在促进交际活动进展的同时提高英语专业学生语用能力。
本研究以中国矿业大学50名大三英语专业大学生为研究对象。以语言迁移理论作为基础，通过调查问卷及访谈的研究方法研究英语专业大学生的语用失误和语用失误的原因。

A Study of Pragmatic Mistakes in Classroom Communication -- Based on the Investigation among English Major Students in CUMT
Abstract
Pragmatic mistakes, as an obvious language phenomenon, is common in communications across language and culture. Since Jenny Thomas first proposed the concept of pragmatic mistakes in her thesis in 1982, lots of scholars have paid much attention to it, especially the Chinese scholars. Thomas defines pragmatic failure as “the inability to understand what is meant by what is said”. In other words, it is not caused by the hearers’ inability to understand the speakers on the level of literal meanings, but caused by hearers’ inability to tell the speakers’ illocutionary force according to speakers’ intentions.
Chinese learners have gradually realized the importance of using the target language appropriately and reducing pragmatic mistakes. The frequency of pragmatic mistakes is very high, which even influences the communication process. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze it in order to promote the communication activities and improve the English major students’ pragmatic competence.
The present study investigates 50 English major students of CUMT. Following the theory of language transfer, this study adopts questionnaire and interview as research methods to study the pragmatic mistakes made by English major students and the reasons of the pragmatic mistakes made by English major students.
