论文化遗产与城市建设——以聊城古建筑为例

近年来，在经济快速发展的大背景下，城市化的步伐也日渐加快，城市原有的结构形态被破坏，许多旧城市结构和历史文化遗产被“城市现代化”的脚步无情地踩得粉碎，“建设性破坏”成为破坏城市历史文化遗产最主要的因素之一。聊城是一座拥有中国北方唯一城市风貌的水城，现存1平方公里的古城区，是聊城古城的核心区，也是北方古代城市的典型代表。聊城从第一次古城规划近五十多年来，古城特色格局基本没有改变，这在各地古城保护行列中称得上是一个“奇迹”。但随着几年来城市化的进程越来越快，城市建设与古城保护之间的矛盾也日益尖锐。本文通过对聊城城市建设中历史文化遗产古建筑的现状分析，展示历史文化遗产在城市建设中存在的问题，提出相关保护对策。

Liaocheng ancient city planning from the first of nearly fifty years, the old town has not changed the basic characteristics of the pattern, which ranks around the ancient city protection called a "miracle." but as the years urbanization faster and faster, the contradiction between urban construction and the protection of the ancient city is also increasingly acute. Based on the current situation in Liaocheng historical and cultural heritage of ancient buildings under construction analysis, showing historical and cultural heritage in the urban construction problems related to protection measures proposed.
