论教师在课堂中的角色

  正如我们所知,英语是世界上最广泛应用的语言，而且英语在我们的日常生活中变得越来越普遍。所以我们需要进一步了解教师在英语课上的角色扮演。作为一个英语教师, 教好英语并且使学生能够有效地学习英语是非常重要的。英语教师应该有更多的能力和技能。
    在英语教学中,教师不仅要教学生,而且要引导他们，给他们创建一个有效的沟通环境。创造一种让学生可以表达他们的思想的环境,给学生提供用英语互动的机会。老师应该使用丰富多彩的语言活动,鼓励学生参与教学活动，吸引学生的注意力。在这个过程中,教师扮演着很多角色。
英语教学的过程是复杂的。一个合格的教师应该准备在不同的教学阶段采取不同的角色。教师如何使用教材能让学生更容易理解? 教师如何使英语课更活跃? 是什么激励着学生们在课堂中积极地配合老师? 所有这些都是与教师密切相关。教师,作为课堂的一个核心部分,需要扮演一个活跃的角色。

Abstract

    As we all know, English is the most widely used language in the world and it has become more common in our daily life. It is necessary to learn English well, so we need to further understand the role of the teacher in English class. As an English teacher, it is important to teach English well and enable students to learn English effectively. English teachers should have more abilities and skills.
In English teaching, teachers not only teach students but also guide them.Teachers should create an effective communication environment for students that can help students to express their thoughts and provide students with the opportunity to interact in English. Teachers should use colorful language activities to attract the students’ attention and encourage students to participate in teaching activities . In this process, the teacher plays many roles.
The process of English teaching is complicated. A qualified teacher should prepare to take different roles in different teaching stage. How does a teacher make the teaching materials more easier for students to understand? How does a teacher make English class more active? what motivates do the students must cooperate with the teacher in the classroom? All of these are closely related with the teacher. The teacher, as a core of the classroom, should play an vivid role.
