浅析体育明星的绰号
体育明星的绰号作为一种特殊的称谓词，通过运用简练精辟的语言，塑造出了众多典型的形象，具有鲜明的人物刻画功能。它是对体育明星名字的补充说明，同时也是一种具有标志性的象征符号。体育明星们常常会被冠以形象生动并且独具立体感的绰号，这些绰号不但朗朗上口，而且便于记忆。体育明星的绰号都是由他人所赋予，有些绰号显示了人们对体育明星的尊敬和喜爱，有些绰号体现了该体育明星的个人特点，且大多数的绰号都被绰号的主人所喜爱。
本文对体坛各领域具有代表性的明星的绰号进行了研究。第一部分介绍了研究的目的与重要性。第二部分介绍了研究的背景，其中包括绰号的定义、产生原因、来源、隐喻的定义以及认知功能，并且阐述了绰号中体现的隐喻模式。第三部分为本文的核心，阐述了体育明星绰号的具体应用。体育明星的绰号从其分类来看主要由形象个性、技术能力、比赛成绩等方面而得。通过对文献资料的查阅进行研究，从其特点来看可以得到体育明星的绰号具有随机特征、个性特征、项目特征以及地域特征等。体育明星绰号同样也给社会带来了巨大的价值与影响。

ABSTRACT
Nickname of sports star is a special appellation word. Through the use of simple and brilliant language, it has set up many typical images of art, and it has a distinct characterization. The nicknames of sports stars are the supplementary instruction of sports stars’ names and a symbolic mark. Sports stars are given lively and third dimensional nicknames which are readable and easy to leave a deep impression on us. Made by people, nickname as a manifestation of people’s respect and love for sports star, reflects the personal characteristics. Most of owners love their nicknames.
Constituted by three parts, this thesis researches representative nicknames of sports stars from many different sports fields. In the first part, the author introduces the purpose and significance of the research. In the second part, the author introduces the research background, including the definition, reasons of emergence, and origins of nickname; and meanwhile the definition of metaphor and its cognitive function are illustrated. In the third part, the author describes application of nicknames of sports stars in detail. According to its classification, nickname is achieved from the image character, ability, skill, and performance of sports stars. Referring to some famous literature materials, we can know that the nicknames of sports stars have the characteristics of randomness, personality, item, territoriality, etc. Nickname of sports stars also brings us great social values and impact to our society.
