本研究探讨了日粮中不同蛋白质水平对肉鸡生产性能和免疫机能的影响。试验选用1日龄商品肉鸡400只,采用单因素随机设计,随机分为5组,每组4个重复,每重复20只鸡。按照肉鸡生长发育的不同生理特点,试验分两个阶段进行,0-3周为试验前期,饲喂日粮的粗蛋白(CP)水平分别为:19.45%、20.70%、21.57%、22.44%、23.27%;4-6周为试验后期,饲喂日粮的CP水平分别为:17.63%、18.79%、19.57%、20.35%、21.53%。按CP由低到高分别编号为第一、二、三、四、五组。试验结果:商品肉鸡整个生长发育过程中,获得最大生产性能和最佳免疫力的日粮蛋白质水平并不一样;在0-3周生长前期,获得最大生产性能的日粮蛋白质为22.44%,获得最佳免疫力的日粮蛋白质水平为20.57%-21.57%;在4-6周生长后期,获得最大生产性能和最佳免疫力的日粮蛋白质水平基本一致为19.96%。

The impact of dietary protein levels on broiler production performance and immune function
  
Abstract:This study explores the different protein level in diets of chicken production performance and the influence of immune function. Test is 1 day age chicken only 400 goods, the single factor random design, randomly divided into 5 groups of four repeat, repeat every 20 chickens.
