鸭病毒性肝炎高免卵黄抗体的制备
应用自制 DVH 油乳剂苗免疫健康高产蛋鸡制备高免卵黄抗体, 并研究高免卵黄抗体治疗雏鸭 DVH 的疗效。结果表明, 高免卵黄抗体治疗 DVH 的疗效取决于卵黄抗体的中和效价及治疗时间。卵黄抗体的中和效价应达 28.5以上, 并且在感染 DVH 24 h 以内对雏鸭进行治疗, 免疫效果最好。

Preparation of High Titer Vitelline Antibody Against Duck Viral Hepatitis
Abstract: High immunized vitelline antibodies were developed by the healthy high-yield layers immunized with homemade DVH oil-emulsion inactivated vaccine in order to study the cure effect of high immunized vitelline antibodies against young duck DVH. Results showed that the cure effect of high immunized vitelline antibodies against young duck DVH depended upon neutralization titer and cured time. The immunity of young duck could get optimum effect when the vitelline antibodies should have neutralization titer over 28.5 , and youngducks were infected by DVH within 24 h.
