高中教师课堂教学情绪管理的现状及对策

【摘要】

高中教师课堂教学情绪管理的现状及对策


本论文通过对教育领域中的情绪管理现状调查以及情绪管理的文献梳理和对高中教师的问卷调查的方式收集数据。本问卷是参考沈阳师范大学栗早霞编制的《小学教师课堂教学情绪管理现状调查问卷》拟定《高中教师课堂教学情绪管理现状调查问卷》。针对高中教师发放问卷150份,分别从学生情绪调控、自我情绪调控、教学评价调控以及教学组织调控四个维度来分析高中教师课堂教学情绪的管理的现状并总结高中教师课堂教学情绪管理的趋向和特点,探究高中教师如何进行有效的课堂教学情绪管理,进而来提升课堂教学的水平。

High School Teachers' Classroom Teaching Present Situation and    Countermeasures of Emotion Management

Abstract:In this paper, through the investigation about the present situation of emotion management in the field of education and the literature review of emotion management, and combining the questionnaire to collect data of high school teachers. This questionnaire is reference chestnut sunrise colors of shenyang normal university establishes the management status of elementary school teachers' classroom teaching mood questionnaire "and formulate the management status of high school teachers' classroom teaching mood questionnaire". According to a questionnaire of 150 high school teachers, from the teaching organization regulation, regulation and control of their emotion, emotion regulation, regulation and control of teaching evaluation, as well as students four dimensions to investigate the current situation of high school teachers' classroom teaching emotion management and high school teachers' classroom teaching emotion management trend and characteristics of the high school teachers how to carry out the effective class teaching emotion management, thus to improve the classroom teaching level.
