论我国民营企业人力资源激励机制的完善


随着改革开放进入攻坚期和市场经济的迅猛发展,鼓励民营企业,已成为国家政策的一大亮点。同时,人力资源激励机制的完善是我国民营企业进入新阶段迫切需要解决的重要问题。本文分析了目前我国民营企业在人力资源激励机制方面所处的情况,指出其不足,并就自己的观点进行阐述,通过对我国民营企业人力资源激励机制发展和现状的研究,分析人力资源激励机制的问题所在及出现的原因,对民营企业如何完善人力资源激励机制提出相关的建议,希望能为民营企业人力资源管理水平的提升提供一定借鉴,进而推动民营企业的稳健、持续健康发展。

On Improvement of Human Resource Incentive Mechanism in Chinese Private Enterprises
ABSTRACT:With the reform and opening-up into the hard-core period and the rapid development of market economy, encouraging private enterprises has become a major bright spot of national policy. At the same time, the perfection of human resource incentive mechanism is an important problem that the private enterprise of our country needs to solve in the new stage. This paper analyzes the current situation of the human resource incentive mechanism in private enterprises, points out its defects and the causes, and puts forward some suggestions on how to perfect the human resource incentive mechanism of the private enterprise, hoping to provide some reference for the promotion of the human resource management level of the private enterprise, thus promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the private enterprise.
