中小民营企业员工主动离职问题的分析——以A企业为例
近年来,随着企业间竞争的加剧,我国中小民营企业在全国经济格局中占据着非常重要的地位,中小民营企业的发展,成为改革开放以来中国经济发展的奇迹。中小民营企业的发展对我国经济发展和社会进步具有重要的战略意义。但目前,中小民营企业的员工流失率正变得越来越严重,员工流失率的增加对企业的生存和发展构成了很大的威胁。因此,对中小民营企业员工离职的原因进行分析,制定相应的对策,以降低企业在新世纪竞争环境中中小民营企业的人员流动率,具有非常重要的指导意义和现实意义。
通过分析员工流动的现状和特点,分析了员工流失率的因素以及员工流失率的各种影响因素。设计一套中小型私营企业员工流动应对策略:改变经营理念,建立员工激励机制,减少员工流失,培养企业文化吸引员工,加强员工流动管理。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, with the competition between enterprises, the pattern of our country small and medium-sized private enterprises in the national economy occupies a very important position, the development of small and medium-sized private enterprises, become the miracle of economic development in China since the reform and opening up in China. The development of small and medium-sized private enterprises is of great strategic significance to China's economic development and social progress. But at present, the staff turnover rate of small and medium-sized private enterprises is becoming more and more serious, and the increase of staff turnover is a great threat to the survival and development of enterprises. Therefore, the reasons for the employee turnover of small and medium-sized private enterprises are analyzed, and corresponding countermeasures are put forward to reduce the turnover rate of staff. for small and medium-sized private enterprises in the competitive environment in the new century has very important guidance and practical significance.
By analyzing the current situation and characteristics of employee turnover, this paper analyzes the factors of employee turnover and the various effects of employee turnover. Design a set of small and medium-sized private enterprises staff turnover coping strategies: changing management idea, establishing employee incentive mechanism, and reduce the loss of employees will, cultivating enterprise culture to attract employees and strengthen the management of employee turnover.
