电子商务中的知识产权问题研究
在人类进入21世纪以后，网络把人类的生活空间从现实的物理世界扩展到了不真实的网络空间，网上交友聊天、网上娱乐、网上购物、网上上课等已经渗透到我们生活的点点滴滴，电子商务正在打破着我们传统的交易方式试图改变着我们的生活。作为一种全新的交易形式，当然的为我们的生产生活提供了便利，但是另一方面，网络的不真实性，无区域性，无范围性，可移动性的特点也给电子商务的发展带来了阻碍，尤其是在同样有虚拟性特点的知识产权领域更是问题重重。本文主要是对电子商务的发展在知识产权领域的遇到的问题进行了研究分析，并提出了关于解决这些问题浅显的建议。

Research on intellectual property rights in e-commerce
ABSTRACT: every historical progress is closely related to the development of science and technology can have a profound impact on our production and life. E-commerce is in our against the backdrop of repaid development of internet technology,after entering the 21st century ,in the human living space from the reality of the physical world extend to the virtual network world,chatting online 、entertainment 、online shopping、online classes have penetrated into our drabs of life,such as electronic commerce with unstoppable trend to break the traditional way of trading changing our life. As a king of new trend form .Of course ,for our production life provides a convenient ,but on the other hand ,the network of virtual sex ,global,there is no boundary, the characteristics of mobility also brings the development of electronic commerce ,especially in the filed of also have virtual sex characteristics of intellectual property rights is fraught with problems .This paper mainly studies the problems of the development of e-commerce in the field of intellectual property ,and puts forward some Suggestions to solve these problems.
