浅析我国自贸区负面清单管理模式

近年来，以负面清单为核心的投资协定越来越成为国际贸易规则谈判与制定的新方向。与传统的正面清单管理模式相比，负面清单因其具有的巨大优越性，正逐渐得到越来越多国家的欢迎。现阶段，以负面清单管理为特点的投资协定已经逐渐成为国际贸易规则制定的主要趋势，基于此，作者有志于经济金融专业的学习，因此对上海自贸区负面清单管理模式进行分析研究。

Abstract

In recent years, investment agreements with negative list as the core have become a new direction of international trade rules negotiation and formulation. Compared with the traditional positive list management mode, the negative list is gradually welcomed by more and more countries because of its great advantages. At present, investment agreements characterized by negative list management have gradually become the main trend of international trade rule-making. Based on this, the author is interested in studying economics and finance. Therefore, the negative list management model of Shanghai Free Trade Zone is analyzed and studied.
