社会资本理论下农民工维权行为选择研究

农民工是我国改革开放的经济社会转型过程中产生的一个弱势群体，他们通过自己的辛勤劳动创造了巨大的社会财富，为推动社会经济的发展和繁荣做出了巨大的贡献，理应享受城市发展的成果。但是，在现实生活中，农民工长期处于被城市和农村边缘的状态，在城市中工作、生活，各方面权益严重缺失。本文基于对珠三角城市农民工的调查数据分析，了解到农民工的权益受损状况及其维权行为选择状况，得出农民工的社会资本越丰富，就越有可能选择维权行动的结论，并在社会资本理论下提出在制度性社会资本、组织性社会资本、个人关系型社会资本方面维护农民工合法权益的策略。

Abstract
Migrant worker is a weak group，appearing during the period of Chinese economic reform. They have made great wealth for our society by their hard working, making great contribution for the prosperity of social economy. They’re supposed to enjoy the developed achievement of city. However, they have been at the edge of the city and country and lost many rights and profits for a long time actually. This paper aims to know migrant workers rights and interests lost situation and fighting for rights situation by analyzing the statistics of migrant workers in Pearl River Delta cities. By analyzing, we come to a conclusion that the more social capital they have, the more fighting possibilities they will have. At last, the paper have advised to protect migrant workers’ legitimate rights and interests in the aspects of institutional social capital, organized social capital and individual relational social capital.
