社工教育中的反思性学习与实践的现状调查:以广州市高校为例
本文基于广州市高校160位社工学生问卷调查的实证数据,研究了当前广州市高校社工学生的反思性学习与实践状况。学科建设是中国社工教育自改革开放以来一直不断探索和改革的重要内容,以往的研究将目光放在老师、教学模式等方面,但是学习者的能动性对学科建设有着其不可或缺的重要作用。在国外,反思性学习与实践已经广泛运用到社工教育中并发挥着积极作用,因此,本文从学习者对反思性学习与实践的认知情况、使用情况及培养与可持续发展情况三个方面出发,探讨广州市高校社工学生反思性学习与实践现状,初步分析影响因素及影响程度,为社工学科建设贡献绵薄之力。

Abstract
   Based on the empirical data of a questionnaire survey facing 160 social work students from colleges in Guangzhou City in 2015, this paper studies the current status of reflective learning and practice among the social work college students in Guangzhou City. The discipline construction of social work is an important field remaining continuous exploration and reformation of China’s social work education ever since the reform and opening-up. Previous studies place the focus on the aspects of teaching faculty, teaching mode, etc., but learners’ initiative has an indispensably important role in discipline construction. In some foreign countries, reflective learning and practice have been widely applied in social work education and played an active role. Thus, this paper makes an explorative discussion on the actuality of reflective learning and practice among the social work college students in Guangzhou City, starting from three aspects - learners’ cognition of reflective learning and practice, usage of reflective learning and practice, and cultivation and sustainable development. And the paper makes an analysis and summary of the actuality, as well as preliminary analysis into the influential factors affecting their reflective learning and the degree of influence, so as to devote a humble force to the discipline construction of social work.
